N. Jose Acevedo

Jose is a Senior Partner at New World Consulting and an expert in facilitating the development of leadership and the creation of high-performing teams and organizations. Jose has spent the last thirty years helping a broad range of groups throughout the world deal with the implications of the reality that “culture eats strategy for breakfast” and that we can’t do our best work without breathing space. He is a graduate of NYU Law School and spent three years working for the NYC Municipal Employees Union.

Juan Acevedo-Lucio

Juan is a Senior Consultant, Coach and Facilitator with New World Consulting who collaborates with diverse groups of people and sectors to discover how they best work together, have productive and at times difficult conversations and chart new directions within their organization, especially within underrepresented communities. Juan holds a BFA in Environmental Design from Parsons / The New School for Social Research, and has trained with Landmark Education and Newfield Network.

Maya C. Acevedo

Maya is Project Manager of New World Consulting and has been facilitating a diversity of groups for the last ten years.  Her energetic presence, her efficiency and her deep listening make her a great bilingual facilitator.  As a Mexican / Puerto Rican born in the USA, she is a defender of bilingual and multicultural spaces and workshops. She graduated with a BA from Vassar College, where she focused on Native American and Environmental Studies.

Carlos Acevedo

Carlos is a Partner and is devoted to having companies realize tangible results by intervening in where people stand and how work gets done. He focuses on systemic change processes, where large scale shifts make it possible for people think differently, therefore generating the conversations which result in effective actions and projected results. He is committed to people living in dignity and harmony while bringing their best selves forward. Carlos graduated from MIT, with a Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering, and is certified in the Holacracy system.
