Our view of training...

is that any type of intervention must be part of an ongoing process that addresses fundamental issues back in the workplace in a way that makes an impact and significant  difference. Training for the sake of training or having people just share a common learning experience may produce valuable immediate insights, but for longer-term transformation, the training should be directly connected to the achievement of a specific vision, mission, or goals.

Our methodology is experiential in nature...

and we will incorporate exercises that focus on learning-by-doing wherever possible, so that participants have a direct reference. For example, in communication skills training we provide specific demonstrations followed by opportunities for participants to practice and then receive useful feedback.
